What you´ll do

  • Development of firmware in C for microcontrollers
  • Development of workflows for automation applications
  • Participation in the preparation of requirements documents
  • Participation in the preparation of specifications
  • Documentation of development results
  • You will work in supra-regional teams
  • Participation in the implementation of
    • Software Development methods und Toolchain
    • Continuous Integration, Debugging, Testing
  • Work in cross-regional teams
       


Your qualification

  • University / technical college degree in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, computer science or similar qualification
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years experience or
    Master’s degree in field with 3+ years experience or
    Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years experience.
  • Fluent German and English
  • Very good programming skills in C/C++ embedded
  • Knowledge of embedded real-time operating systems /ThreadX, NetX, Linux)
  • Experience in dealing with different interfaces (SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet)
  • Ideally experience with standard-compliant development in medical technology
  • Knowledge of UML is an advantage
  • You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
  • Safe use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the application of agile development methods 
  • Ideally experience in the development of complex automation systems
  • Experience with Jira (or similar) is an advantage
  • If possible, experience with standards-compliant development in medical technology
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
